I'm writing from our honeymoon getaway to give our clients and friends a little update on David and Leann...

On April 26, we took the day off from photographing other people's weddings, to have one of our own! Tricia Whitmer was our photographer, and here's a quick shot that pretty much says it all:

Misha and Jonathan -- Engagement Session!

On Wednesday, I had high hopes of Saturday being a beautiful sunny day, but by Saturday afternoon when David and I got in the car to head for Lafayette to meet up with Misha and Jon, the clouds had rolled in and rain was falling.

That didn't stop us from having a great time at the Java Roaster across from the courthouse in downtown Lafayette!

In an effort to keep things simple for my wedding clients, we've decided to totally simplify wedding pricing for 2008.

Custom packages will begin at $3,450, and include:

• Your wedding story featured on the LifeSpring Weddings website
• Engagement session at your favorite location
• Wedding day coverage - all day
• Slide show of wedding images at your reception (on laptop)
• 20 page leather bound KISS wedding album
• DVD of high resolution wedding images
• Online gallery of images for your friends and relatives to view and order.

You can add lots of options like "Save The Date" cards, Guest books featuring your engagement session images, albums for your parents (and little tiny cute albums for your bridesmaids!)
