Albums!

As promised, I present to you pictures of the new ZookBook, as well as the StoryBook album and CoffeeTable album!

In the pictures, the thin album laying flat on the chair is the CoffeeTable album. It's an art book with thin, flexible printed pages. The brown book standing on end with the cute little picture inset into the cover is the new ZookBook, and the small book standing on end in the front is the StoryBook album.





Both the StoryBook and the ZookBook have thick pages, and both are leather bound. The sample albums just have to be seen to be believed, but you'll be at the bridal show to see them, right?

Pure Fashion 2007

Yesterday I braved 13 degree weather to go to Fort Wayne to hang out with my PureFashion friends and do headshots of the models. Even though I break out in a rash at even the merest thought of cold temperatures, I had such fun with everyone that it was totally worth the drive up!

The Zook Book has arrived!

Oh my goodness everyone!

The FedEx driver brought the most wonderful thing ever today -- a gorgeous 12x12 ZookBook from ZookBinders bound in camel colored glove leather. It has a the beautiful thick hard pages that lay completely flat when the book is open, and the images flow all the way from one edge of the page to the other.

I'll post some pictures of it tomorrow, because honestly this is the best book ever! Priced at $3000 they're so incredibly luxurious, I want everyone to see the sample because it just takes your breath away!

The ZookBook will be on display on February 3 at the bridal show here in Marion at the Meshingomesia Country Club if you'd like to drop by and say 'Hi'.

Today I delivered my new advertisement to the Chronicle-Tribune -- it will be featured in the Bridal Supplement section of the paper, and distributed to brides throughout this year.

Last night, I got out what just may be every little girl's dream dress-up outfit (a beautiful pearl-encrusted wedding dress and veil), and spent a little time photographing my daughter Emily.





I'm going to be ordering a big print of this image for my livingroom wall that's for sure!

So yesterday I told you about the new albums we'll be offering this year.

Well, up to this point we've been calling the two album styles that we offer "Coffee Table" albums and "StoryBook" albums, and that's pretty "vanilla", right? (Not that there's anything wrong with vanilla as a flavor of course!)

All righty then -- Let's come up with something new and exciting to call the four album options that will be available in 2007!

This is what the album styles are for 2007:

• Coffee Table style album (priced between $500 and $700)
  
  
• New: Art Book style album (nicer than the Coffee Table albums) Really slick! These will be priced between $600 and $800
  
  
• Story Book flush mount album (priced between $600 and $1500)
  
  
• New: High end flush mount album (with more leather binding options/colors gilded pages) Maximum luxury! These will be priced from $1500 to $3000

New for 2007

2007 is already off to a good start, and I'm excited to announce that we'll be unveiling some new products in our album line soon!

The first is a new style of Art Book Album, and the second is a Flush mount album bound in buttery soft glove leather in a wide array of colors.

I know my couples will absolutely love these new albums, and I'm excited to be able to introduce these wonderful and unique products to you.

I'd like to take this opportunity to wish all of my clients a Happy New Year!

2006 was a wonderful year at LifeSpring photography, and each and every one of you made this year memorable for me.

This past year saw the unveiling of the LifeSpring photography website and blog, and more recently the new version of the website allowing portrait clients and wedding clients more information and galleries for their viewing pleasure.

In 2006, I offered two types of album, the Coffee Table album with magazine style pages, and the StoryBook album with it's leather cover and thick luxurious pages. In 2007 I'll be adding another option -- an album that combines the best of the two, and adds beautiful Italian craftsmanship to the package for an incredible album that will remain a family heirloom for generations. Stay tuned for more about this fabulous new high end album style!

2007 will also be bringing something new for my portrait clients, in the way of new locations, new studio options, and dramatic lighting. Best of all, I'll be introducing special albums (a lot like wedding albums) to showcase your portrait session!
